AdInsure Recognised as a Technology Standout in Celent's 2026 P&C Claims Report, EMEA

AdInsure earns the "Technology Standout" designation in Celent's 2026 P&C Claims Administration Systems Technical Capability Matrix, out of 35 claims systems assessed across EMEA.

Adacta, a leading provider of insurance software solutions, is proud to announce that AdInsure Property & Casualty Claims has been recognized as a Technology Standout in Celent's 2026 report on P&C claims administration systems in EMEA. For insurers, claims is the largest cost center in property and casualty insurance and the point at which the policy promise is fulfilled. Celent's assessment focuses on the technology underlying that process, including architecture, integration, and the tooling available to support change.

Celent, a global research and advisory firm for the financial services industries, profiled 35 claims administration systems available to insurers in EMEA and evaluated each on functionality, technology, implementation, and support. Its Technical Capability Matrix places each solution into one of five categories, with the Technology Standout category defined as excelling in technological modernity.

The report describes AdInsure P&C Claims as a solution that "supports end-to-end claims processing, spanning FNOL intake, assessment, settlement, payments, and accounting postings, and extending into related processes such as recoveries, complaints handling, and legal procedures."

"Insurers replacing a claims system are buying a change capability, not a feature list," said Alexey Tikhonov, CEO of Adacta.
"An independent assessment of that capability, across 35 systems available in EMEA, tells us the direction we have taken holds up outside our own view of it."

Celent highlights AdInsure Claims' strengths in six key areas. These include a role-based, task-centric user interface with a workflow dashboard; coverage of the entire claims lifecycle on a single platform; and automation of claim handling based on configurable business rules and questionnaires. The report also highlights the AI Claim Summarizer and the Insurance Product Advisor chatbot, which support claim handlers; low-code and no-code configuration through AdInsure Studio, with all changes versioned for traceability; and integration with internal modules and external systems.

With implementations across multiple countries and a growing strategic focus on the DACH region, AdInsure continues to support insurers seeking a modern claims platform to streamline claims operations and improve efficiency.
