AdInsure Billing earns the "Technology Standout" designation in Celent's 2026 P&C Billing Systems Technical Capability Matrix, among 21 billing systems assessed in EMEA and 18 in LatAm.
Adacta is proud to announce that AdInsure Billing has been recognised as a Technology Standout in Celent's 2026 P&C Billing Systems: EMEA Edition, A SolutionScape, and P&C Billing Systems: Latin America Edition, A SolutionScape reports. Billing is the point at which written premium turns into cash, and where unmatched payments, overdue receivables and discrepancies in intermediary accounts first become visible.
Celent, a global research and advisory firm for the financial services industry, profiled 21 billing administration systems in EMEA and 18 in LatAm. It assessed each solution on advanced technology and breadth of functionality, with profiles covering areas such as configuration tooling, integration, and cloud deployment. In both regions, AdInsure Billing was placed in the Technology Standout category of Celent's Technical Capability Matrix, which Celent defines as excelling in technology modernity.
“Adacta’s recognition as a Technology Standout in Celent's latest LatAm and EMEA billing systems reports reflects the strength of its technology offering and its ability to address the increasingly complex billing needs of insurers", said Karlyn Carnahan, executive partner at Celent.
"Billing is no longer simply a back-office function. Insurers need solutions that provide greater flexibility, support operational efficiency, and adapt as business models and customer expectations evolve. Adacta demonstrated capabilities that position it well against these changing requirements."
"Insurers are changing products, payment options, and distribution models more often, and billing has to follow without becoming a separate project each time. Celent's recognition in both EMEA and LatAm reflects our focus on billing that adapts through configuration, as part of the same core platform as policy administration and claims," said Alexey Tikhonov, CEO of Adacta.
AdInsure Billing supports invoicing, direct debit, collections management, payment matching and reconciliation, and commission calculation. Bill plans are configured per product and per market, with rules for payment allocation and cash application. Premium transactions are recorded in a double-entry subledger built into AdInsure Billing, not maintained in a separate system.
As part of AdInsure, AdInsure Billing is implemented in multiple European markets, where it supports insurers in managing the premium lifecycle from the payment plan a customer agrees to the cash on their books.
Earlier this year, AdInsure P&C Claims was recognised as a Technology Standout in Celent's 2026 P&C Claims Administration Systems report for EMEA, following AdInsure Life's Technology Standout designation in Celent's 2025 Life PAS reports for APAC, EMEA and LatAm.
