Adacta announcing the Managing insurance regulatory compliance in the digital age webinar

Adacta's upcoming webinar, Managing insurance regulatory compliance in the digital age, will take place on 22 November. This online session will bring together seasoned insurance experts, regulators, consultants, and technology providers to discuss insurance legislation, compliance, and ways modern technology helps insurance carriers meet current and prepare for upcoming requirements.

New legislation and the proliferation of regulatory demands force insurance companies to implement rigorous regulatory requirements to remain compliant. The need to comply puts extreme pressure on insurers' functional and technical teams, requiring massive adjustments to their IT systems and business processes. Nevertheless, to avoid hefty fines, insurance carriers must find a way to comply with new regulations promptly.

Gorazd Čibej, Director of Insurance Supervision Agency, Dimitrios Mazarakis, Director of Deloitte Sustainability Consulting CEE, and Marko Sumina, Product Manager for Data Analytics and Compliance of Adacta will offer insights and share different perspectives on the best ways insurers can achieve compliance.

Čibej will take a closer look at the current challenging business environment and coming regulatory changes and demands in 2023 and beyond. Next, Mazarakis will discuss ESG regulations' impact on the insurance sector and what insurers need to prepare for to meet these expectations and requirements. Lastly, Sumina will focus on simplified management of regulatory changes using modern insurance platforms (AdInsure).
