Adacta Announces the 2023Q1 AdInsure Release

Adacta, a leading provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, announced the 2023Q1 release of AdInsure insurance platform improvements. AdInsure, the platform insurers turn to innovate faster and grow their digital capabilities, now includes additional functionality further supporting insurers on their mission to become more agile, independent, and customer-focused.

The latest release is all about enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities, featuring a new BI Repository and AdInsure Data Analytics module, serving as a data source for complex analytical reports and machine learning functionalities. With new drag-and-drop functionality, controls and extensions, and a complete redesign of key components, editors have also been provided with a more intuitive approach to form authoring and users with an improved experience across the platform.

Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting Features

AdInsure Data Analytics module
AdInsure's new Data Analytics module brings advanced analytics tailored for the insurance industry, offering real-time decision-making capabilities. The module provides management with insights on company-wide KPIs and sales teams with individual statistics to help identify trends faster and predict outcomes. The architecture of this module is entirely customizable and supports multiple deployment options, data transfer, and even allows clients to integrate their own business intelligence tools.

Data Warehouse (DWH)
AdInsure now features a new BI and Machine Learning repository that acts as a central location for integrated data. This data can be used for various purposes, such as data analysis, reporting, custom dashboarding, and machine learning. With the new functionality, business intelligence analysts and data scientists can generate complex analytical reports by utilizing premium, policy, and claims data for their reporting and calculation requirements.

IBNR calculations
AdInsure's new BI reporting feature offers users embedded calculations and logic for IBNR reserves calculation and reported claim tracking. The feature is dynamic and adaptable, with extensions for filtering and analysing predictions, making it a powerful tool for actuarial reporting needs.

Clustering visualizations
AdInsure's latest release also includes a clustering algorithm that enables analysis of agent-level premiums and claims from the data warehouse. This feature not only determines the efficiency of insurance policy sales but also supports the creation of a stimulative reward system. Users can expect to gain deeper insights from data and easily detect outliers in their datasets.

Recommender system algorithms
The new recommender system provides insurance agents with relevant information about the next-best policyholders to make them upsell more efficiently. The aim is to reduce information overflow and help agents focus on the most promising prospects, thereby increasing their chances of closing the sale.

User experience improvements

AdInsure Studio and editors
Adinsure Studio is now running entirely in your browser, with no installation needed. This allows quicker access and provides a web-based experience for platform configurators. With new Drag and drop functionality, editors will now enjoy a more interactive and intuitive approach to form authoring. In addition, new controls and extensions have been implemented, that will greatly simplify and improve all user’s ease of use.

Complete redesign of Adinsure UI and more usability improvements
Many components, like the menu, tab & section layout, and all input, dropdown, and button-related controls, underwent improvements to offer a more satisfying user experience across the platform. New user interface improvements also allow tracking the progress or canceling the attachment uploads, as well as the possibility to display additional tooltip data.

Updated Claims features

Configurable claims questionnaire
The updated claims workflow supports the option to embed custom, product and coverage-specific questionnaires into the FNOL process. Based on the answers, rules can be configured to help adjusters to handle the process and even automate it. The questionnaire can be easily designed in Excel and imported into AdInsure Studio, where they are automatically integrated into Claims workflow and UI forms.

Updates to the standardized claims payment system
The standardized claim payment system has undergone enhancements that include the introduction of numbered payments and a payment cancellation functionality. These upgrades provide users with the ability to track and reference payments over the course of a claim and to cancel payments when required, offering greater convenience and control.

Ex Gratia for standardized claims
The new Ex Gratia function allows claims to be paid out for risks or objects that are not covered under the policy, such as those outside the validity period or not included in the terms and conditions. This feature enables the handling of cases that would otherwise not be possible and provides users with the option for a different claim underwriting process.
