DVA going digital with Adacta
DVA, established in 1992 and Germany's highly specialised industrial insurance broker for transport solutions and large construction projects, has selected Adacta to automate and streamline its core business processes, namely the offer placement process, policy administration, claims handling, and billing processes.
The alliance was formed with a long-term partnership in mind. Starting the project with a comprehensive business analysis, Adacta's Business Analysis team will use its industry and technology expertise to scope and architect DVA's new solution in order to transfer its operational business to the digital sphere. DVA´s new solution is planned to be based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Adacta's AdInsure insurance platform. The goal is an easy-to-use, tightly-integrated solution, covering all processes in one place while providing DVA with all the necessary tools to collaborate with its clients and carriers.
