Meet our QA Manager Daniel Polan at his workshop focused on using static review and test design in cross-functional teams. You will learn how the tester should be involved in the review of business and technical requirements, as well as how to identify test conditions and design tests for different test levels. Workshop participants will hear basically everything that should be done by testers before the developer writes the first line of code.

This speech is for anyone who is interested in test management and career development.

What will you hear: From two shared testers, tests in Excel and manual product deployment, to testers fully involved in cross-functional teams, test management linked to business requirements in Jira and CI and CD in the cloud. Demonstration of how such a transformation can be done in the development of financial software and how to handle it in terms of process, technology and people. Daniel will also talk about what it brings and what it takes from the perspective of the company, management and testing roles.
